Prophecy received 09-25-26
Released 09-30-26, Prophecy #1027

God speaks prophecy to alert us about some good news and some alarming truths:
I hear you asking, “What CAN I eat?!” Do you know what’s in your food? Have you slowed down and looked closely at the labels and ingredients? If you knew the truth, it would absolutely shock you! Do you shop by the best pictures on the container or pull from a garden? These are important questions and in your very near future will become critical to your good health. I hear some of you thinking, “If I have to live on boring healthy foods, I would rather die.” Be careful of what you think and speak! For many of you have already made that choice. To give your taste buds control over your diet is foolish and can cost you your life!
When you open a package or jar, it should look like something I have made for you. Frozen peas still look like the ones from your garden. A piece of fish from the freezer should look like a filet from the ocean. Chocolate Cookie Crisp cereal does not come from Me. If it does not grow from a plant or tree I have given you or come to you in the form I made it, like whole grains for breads or farm fresh eggs, don’t eat it! Start your meal planning by gathering foods that nourish you and are alive and filled with color and flavor. This is the fall season when an abundant harvest of every color is easily available and at your fingertips to eat and enjoy. Try something new and healthy!
Some people have made food their idol or worked themselves into religious bondage over food. Do not become lawmakers about your food! Don’t say, “I don’t eat that, or you should never eat such and such.” No! My life of abundance is all about freedom. I give you freedom to choose what you will eat and how much. Some of you need to examine your portion size and frequency of meals and snacks. Are you eating to fuel your body or to comfort your soul? In My word, meat is a delicacy and sweets are for special occasions. You can find many good standards and balance in My Proverbs. Come to Me in prayer and ask for My help in regaining your good health. As in most of life, what you allow in will determine your results. I love you, My children. Trust Me to heal you.
Abba Father.

A Word of Encouragement
Again, our loving Father is encouraging us to make the best choices in caring for our physical bodies, which greatly affects how and what we are able to do for Him in the spiritual competition. I was laughing at the picture of a fat body filled with tan colored junk food. It is sad but true for many. My husband and I did a deep dive into nutrition several years ago, and found that most foods on the junkie list were tan. We agreed we would try to eat plates of colorful foods, and try to avoid things that came from cans and boxes. In reading through God’s words today, we hear His heart for us to be enjoying life and choosing to take in what is nourishing and best for our health. We can eat more veggies while also balancing our freedom and enjoyment in what He’s provided. Let’s do as He asks us and each one come to Him in prayer to seek His personal leading and healing. He is the God who heals us!
