God speaks a warning to His people whom He loves:

Advanced Notice

What did you hear today?
My judgment is on the way.
I called and knocked, but some of My children balked
and refused to repent and obey.

This is not the end of grace, but many stand in the wrong place.
When I shout to come near, they ignore Me.
And when the axe falls, and down come the walls,
everyone who resisted will implore Me.

For mercy they’ll beg, even though without one leg
to stand on, their excuses will fail.
My Son, who should be their boss, and sacrificed on the cross,
was left hanging alone by a nail.

But that’s not the end of his story, for I raised him to glory.
Today, he lives to set people free.
Everyone whom I’ve called, whether mighty or small,
who will turn, gets My redemption guarantee.

And when the day comes, when the world’s on the run,
and chaos is pushed without measure,
the ones who said no to My plea to come home,
will be left to their own earthly pleasure.

Repent and be free. Trust only in Me,
and heed every word that I’ve spoken.
Let go of your self-will, and follow My Son who will
lead you to eternal life and blessings unspoken.

Today’s Written Word

Acts 2:37-44 KJV ³⁷ Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

³⁸Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

³⁹For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. ⁴⁰And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

⁴¹ Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls. ⁴² And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

⁴³ And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. ⁴⁴And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

Romans 6:6,7 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. ⁷ For he that is dead is freed from sin.

A Word of Encouragement

God’s heart is that all men be saved and none shall be lost. He is again giving us a heads up, a warning and advanced notice of what is about to transpire. He has shouted and called out to the church for many years to awaken to righteousness, calling us to turn back to Him and His holy Son Jesus Christ. All of God’s blessings of salvation, protection, peace and fellowship are available as we rest in Him and obey. We can be thankful for our Lord who gave his life on the cross, and out of that gratitude for salvation by grace, we do turn from the worldly ways unto Christ. It is only by Jesus Christ that we receive true redemption and deliverance, and according to this word, blessings unspoken! Praise God for His loving kindness to us!

We welcome you to come together Every Sunday Afternoon, doors open 1:30 for coffee & fellowship. At 2:00 pm we‘ll begin our Worship, Prayer & Bible Fellowship – followed by a Family Style Meal. We’ll unify in worship songs, praise, prayer, teaching of the scriptures, communion, ministering, and manifestations of the spirit. Our weekday, morning Bible Study is every Wednesday at 10:00 am! Doors open at 9:30  to get a tea or coffee and enjoy great fellowship with the saints. Then we’ll begin in praise, worship and prayer, receive communion, hear from God, and gather for an interactive study of the scriptures with snacks at the table. Come celebrate our lives in Him together!
