Today’s Living Word: Saturday – Being in the Know!

4–6 minutes

Prophecy received 04-21-26

Released 05-02-26, Prophecy #922

Happy family with a son having fun running toward their futures.

God speaks prophecy to us about what is coming for our good:

Knowing

You are asking Me what changes will come?
Will the sky be blue; will life be fun?
Yes and no, as My waves of change will come and go.
Trust Me, My children, to keep you in the know!

What will come is good for you
Although it may seem scary.
Fake news and governments will fall away,
And the old and tired you’ll bury.

You’ll learn new ways from the “olden days”
How to cook and clean and bathe.
What once was “old school” you’ll find are wise tools
On how to garden, grow and save.

Come now and ask Me how to prepare
For what is coming next.
Sit still and listen, let your pens flow and glisten
As I give you insight and your future text.

You’ll rise up early at the break of day
To make the most of your daylight hours.
When night comes, there’ll be no hum
Of electric grids, TV’s or cell towers.

I’ve told you many times
It will be like flipping a switch!
One minute your economy is soaring
The next it’s in the ditch.

Plan and prepare, listen and be aware
For what is coming soon.
Be disaster ready, stocked up and steady
Resting in Me and in prayer, not escaping to the moon.

I cannot tell you all the details
For the enemy is watching.
Keep your eyes on Me, and soon you’ll see
Healthier waistlines; and smaller belts you’ll be notching.

Forced compliance they will shout!
Save food and resources because of the drought!
But My people will live in plenty, light and peace.
None shall quake, nor knees shake, and none will go without!

Today’s Written Word

Isaiah 40:31 LSB Yet those who hope in Yahweh will gain new power; they will mount up with wings like eagles; they will run and not get tired; they will walk and not become weary.

Ephesians 4:20-24 NKJV But you have not so learned Christ, 21if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: 22that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts,

23and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, 24and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.

Job 8:8-10 NLT “Just ask the previous generation. Pay attention to the experience of our ancestors. 9For we were born but yesterday and know nothing. Our days on earth are as fleeting as a shadow. 10But those who came before us will teach you. They will teach you the wisdom of old.

Job 12:11-15 Legacy Standard Bible 11Does not the ear test words, As the palate tastes its food? 12Wisdom is with aged men, With long life is discernment. 13“With God are wisdom and might; To Him belong counsel and discernment. 14Behold, He pulls down, and it cannot be rebuilt; He closes a man in, and it cannot be opened. 15Behold, He restrains the waters, and they dry up; And He sends them out, and they overturn the earth.

A Word of Encouragement

God is again encouraging us to prepare for great change, look to the old ways for wisdom, and be prepared to adjust as God leads. Moving into a new home is a big life change, and can be SOOOO much work, especially if you have been in the same place for a long time. It can be an overwhelming list of tasks and shut offs, turn ons, set ups, tossing outs, and moving into the unknowns. But it can also be exhilirating! New spaces and new faces to meet can fill our new neighborhood. A fresh start can be a new beginning, and it can be a bit scary to find new places to hang out, shop and fit in. Usually the planned moves are the easiest, and the last minute or unexpected ones are the most challenging. We are moving up higher with our God now and we WILL be moving into the new, ready or not. Let us hear and obey and draw near to Him in faith and with fervent attention to His voice. It’s going to be FUN!
