God speaks a prophetic poem:

Crash-Boom-Bang!

Oh the drama!
Oh the sound!
Oh the mountains
falling to the ground!

Stop the clamor.
Stop the mobs.
Stop the looting.
No more jobs.

No one moving.
No one out.
No one singing,
time to shout!

Crash the market,
silence the bells!
Pile the garbage
until it smells.

Pray for movement;
cry for justice!
Plant a garden;
plagues amongst us.

Looking up, to illuminate.
Casting doubts, don’t hesitate.
Live for love
not for hate!

Trumpets blast,
beat the drums!
Stand in awe
HERE HE COMES!

Today’s Written Word:

Numbers 10:9 NIV When you go into battle in your own land against an enemy who is oppressing you, sound a blast on the trumpets. Then you will be remembered by the LORD your God and rescued from your enemies.

Psalm 46:2 NIV Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,

Psalm 107:42 The righteous shall see it, and rejoice: and all iniquity shall stop her mouth.

Luke 18:7 NLT Even he rendered a just decision in the end. So don’t you think God will surely give justice to his chosen people who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?

Isaiah 17:11a In the day shalt thou make thy plant to grow, and in the morning shalt thou make thy seed to flourish: 

Psalm 98:6 NIV with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn— shout for joy before the LORD, the King.

Psalm 33:8 Let all the earth fear the LORD: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

A Word of Encouragement:

Yes, we have some ups and downs coming, and yes, our God will be with us and helping us to prosper and thrive right in the midst of the turmoil. This poem is number eight hundred, which represents new beginnings, open windows, gates and invitations to walk into the new – go through the gates and receive the fullness of what God has given. This poem sounds like proclamations and declarations of what will soon be, and how God expects us to respond. Our sufficiency is of God, not the markets. Our food comes from Him and the gardens we can grow, not the foods marred by manufactured plagues. We do not participate in riots, looting nor chaos, but we continually look up for illumination and we choose to walk in love. Let’s build unity as we prepare for some bumps in the road, knowing our eternal destination is God and our success is fueled by the limitless abundance of our God! Praise Him! We will go back to work, and He will carry us to victory in Jesus Christ our complete savior and Lord of Lords!
