Prophecy received 9-10-25
Released 9-16-25, Prophecy #751

Jesus Christ warns by a prophecy to alert us to prepare for a COLD Winter:
Do you have fond memories of Winter vacations and playing in the snow as a child? Think back to sledding and skating and the beauty of the winter snow and ice. It was fun and exciting to have time off from school and to be at home with your family. There will be a long Winter coming for some of you, one filled with many days of snow and ice and very, very cold days. Prepare your homes to be places of refuge from the Winter wonderland that will blanket your towns. When all is frozen outdoors it is beautiful to behold, and a hush falls over the land. And like a Winter vacation, all will be excited for a few days of rest and a break from the busy flow of life. But what will follow may not be so welcome.
Get Ready!
Be prepared to stay indoors for many days
without venturing out on the hazardous roads,
looking for things you don’t have, and going to stores that are closed.
When you hear of the storm, be quick to get warm
blankets and gloves out of storage. For the food will be scarce, and some shelves sparce, and for water you will not be able to forage.
Stock up on canned soup and a good snow shovel to scoop
away all the snow that will be falling. Be happy and celebrate, stock up on some cake. Rejoice. Your Lord is sparing you from the crowds and brawling.
You will be surprised, at the skills and supplies
that are needed just to stay warm.
But survive you must, as you pray and you trust
in our God to bring you through the storm.
Look only to us, don’t get worried or fuss
over little things like washing your hair.
For the snow will finally melt
and the stress that you felt
will be gone like a fleeting nightmare.
Rest in me your Lord,
as you heed these warnings and prepare.
Today’s Written Word:
Proverbs 27:12 NLT A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences.
Proverbs 7:4 NLT Love wisdom like a sister; make insight a beloved member of your family.
I Samuel 20:15 NLT Treat my family with this faithful love, even when the LORD destroys all your enemies from the face of the earth.”
Psalm 61:2-4 2From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. 4I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
I Timothy 6:18,19 18That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate (share finances and supplies) 19Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.

A Word of Encouragement:
Who will say yes to preparing for our Lord’s warning about a Winter storm?! We heard a strong word about a “future” storm over a year ago, and many of us went out and bought beanies for our heads and extra blankets and gloves. I am going to make a “Winter bin” today for gathering those supplies, and a second one for lanterns, emergency supplies, and pull top cans. I might even get some extra bottled water 🙂 It is beautiful to see a heavy blanket of snow here in the Great Pacific Northwest, but it can also prevent us from getting out, as many of us live in the woods and on very steep hills. Let’s spend some time thinking through what we can do, or perhaps insulating our pipes and clearing some space for those who may not have heat when the power is out. We can be thankful to know what is coming BEFORE the storm arrives!
