Prophecy received on 7-25-25

Prophecy published on 8-2-25, prophecy #706

God speaks about the race we are running:

Those could all be directions I give you on a single day. Like an athlete competing in an obstacle course, many of you will be receiving moment by moment directions. When I say wait, you will pause and listen for wisdom and understanding before moving forward. When I shout to go, you will move swiftly to carry out the exact directions I give. Now are the days of transition from the old into the new. Be in my will and be listening attentively as I lead. No delays, no personal or old ways. For these are the days of breaking off those old chains and breaking free from all that has held you back.

A finish line can symbolize the completion of a race, but it can also be a new beginning. Those who have crossed over from death unto life are now racing in my spiritual arena. All the heavenly hosts cheer and support you. Each are running in your own personal race, but all are going toward me. As my Son leads each of you through the coming obstacles, you will gain victories, collect rewards, and be given garlands of my glory to wear upon your heads. Be clean and holy as you compete. Run honestly and in my grace, for your competition is within yourselves. Choose righteousness when troubles come, and do not be pushed by circumstances to sin.

And what will you do when all has stopped? And when the crowds have disappeared and the stadium lights go out? What will be the final score when all the victories and losses are tallied? Will you come before your Lord and Christ and stand to receive many awards? Or will you be sorrowing for the races you did not run, or where you somehow missed the mark as you competed? Be in my way now, right now. Walk in Christ and listen as we lead you. Every word we give is precious and fuels you as you go. Let us be your light and show you the way to victory and success. Hold nothing back and give every challenge your all, for the end of this competition draws near!

Today’s Written Word:

I Corinthians 9:23 – 27 NLT I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.

Don’t you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win!

All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize.

So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing.

I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified.

Jeremiah 30:8 NLT For in that day,” says the LORD of Heaven’s Armies, “I will break the yoke from their necks and snap their chains. Foreigners will no longer be their masters.

I Thessalonians 2:19 NLT After all, what gives us hope and joy, and what will be our proud reward and crown as we stand before our Lord Jesus when he returns? It is you!

A Word of Encouragement:

God continues to encourage us each day, and to show us the way through Jesus Christ. He is giving us details about our spiritual competition. We are each on an individual course, competing against our old ways and worldly ways. When the obstacles get more challenging, he encourages us to walk closely with him and do as he says. The challenge to quit or to look for a shortcut may be tempting, but God wants us to finish our race in honesty and holiness. We are getting close to the finish line in this season, so let’s all find our second wind and finish strong in him. Praise God for his enduring love!

We welcome you to join us every other Sunday Afternoon at 2:00 pm (PST) for Bible Fellowship, songs, praise, prayer, manifestations of the spirit, and teaching of the scriptures in person, or listen by phone. Join in joyful fellowship with God’s family. See the online calendar for details.

Our EVERY Tuesday morning Bible Study is at 10:00 am.  Enjoy great fellowship, with the saints, Tea & Coffee, Praise and Prayer, and an interactive study of the scriptures.
