God speaks of our way forward: Part 1

Why does a child come to a parent with questions? “How does this work? Can you fix my broken toy? I’ve been hurt, please comfort me.” I am a loving Father to all who will bring their broken lives to me. Shattered dreams and broken bodies are mended by me. I am a kind parent with only good thoughts and gifts for you. The evil ones have made me out to be harsh and judgmental, but my ways are gentle and forgiving. Come and ask what you will and I will give it. My grace is being multiplied in these days of transition to help you prepare and adjust to what is on your horizon. Take in my blessings and taste and see that your God is good!

Does a child earn the love of a parent? No. They are loved and cherished from their first day, cared for and fed, helped and encouraged by the whole family. A big brother teaches the baby to walk and talk while mom and dad provide safety and security, love and tenderness. It is the same in our spiritual family. I watch over each of my children with love and provide all you need; instruction, support, resources and most importantly a big brother in Christ to show you how to walk. He is your leader who has gone before you. He walked in the ways I directed and obeyed my holy instruction to the uttermost detail. Follow him now, for the way ahead will be treacherous, but I have prepared hidden treasures to help you along the way.

Where are we going Father, you are asking, and how do we prepare? No man has gone where you are headed now – not even my Son. The way forward will be a challenging adventure, like a steep hike toward the mountaintop. Get your hiking boots on and prepare to follow your personal guide to the mountaintop. A grand view of all that is new awaits you! Step forward and take his hand. For some, the first days of your journey will be the most difficult. Letting go of old ways and misguided paths may be challenging. Each journey will be unique depending on where you are starting from. Those choosing to rest at the base of the mountain will be washed away in coming floods. Famine and disease are headed to the paths of the low lyers. Climb up higher to my ways of peace, wealth and health now. I am offering a new and better way to all who will ask, all who will come to my glorious elevation by Christ my Son, and your Lord. Come!

The Written Word:

Exodus 15:26 NKJV and said, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”

Psalm 34:8 O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.

Proverbs 23:24 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.

I Thessalonians 1:3 NLT As we pray to our God and Father about you, we think of your faithful work, your loving deeds, and the enduring hope you have because of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 6:23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ

Psalm 48:2 NKJV Beautiful in elevation, The joy of the whole earth, Is Mount Zion on the sides of the north, The city of the great King.

A Word of Encouragement:

Such great love and encouragement from Father! I loved the way our boys played together and the older one taught the younger. God is giving us an example of his great love for us, and reminding us that we have a big brother in our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the perfect family member! Literally PERFECT! He paved the way and is THE WAY to the Father. God said we have some difficult and challenging days ahead, but he knows all and has prepared some treasures to help us. Like finding a cool mountain stream with refreshing water to drink while hiking high in the mountain, he has us covered. Let’s get our boots on and get moving up higher to become “the joy of the whole earth!” Praise God for his way!

Our EVERY Tuesday morning Bible Study is at 10:00 am.  Enjoy great fellowship, with the saints, Tea & Coffee, Praise and Prayer, and an interactive study of the scriptures.
