Today’s Living Word: Monday – New is Good!

5–7 minutes

Prophecy received on 7-7-25

God speaks to us of exchanging the old ways for a new life:

What value is there in focusing on your past? Some good memories can be treasures to retain, but there are also heavy burdens to be released. I have set you free from those past hurts and failures, the ones that have held you back and weighed you down. My love and mercy are the ways of your future. Walk forward in my new ways and leave the old and “used to be’s” behind.

Would you rather have a new car or an old one? How about a brand-new house or one that is 100 years old? What about a new body? “What!?” I hear your thoughts coming to a full stop. Let me explain what I am saying. In my scripture I have written about the coming day of redemption, when the fullness of time has come. We are nearly there. The waiting and hoping days are about to expire and the new will come flooding in. Every day is new, but every day is not the same. Some are filled with hope and delight, and some with loss and sorrow. There are going to be some dark days ahead before my glorious light floods in. I am telling you to prepare for what must come. First, the old must depart, then the new will come. The seed will die, and the sprout will break forth.

My life in you is light and love, and that light is eternal. There is no world event, no plague, nor physical storm that can extinguish my life in you. Stand firm in the words I have spoken in the past and the present. Look only to me, your Father, for I have fathered you, and you who are of me will live on for eternity. Those who will go on to rest now will be in my care. A new house they will receive with new windows to let my light flood in.

Those of you who choose to remain will continue to build my faith and love here upon the earth. No darkness will overtake you, but my glory will be the vehicle you drive forward upon. Stand firm in my provision and the wisdom I give. Care not for the dead and dying ways of the world – the old systems and old monies that will soon expire. Thrive in my light and live by my words, and you will thrive in the new!

Today’s Written Word:

Romans 12:2 NLT Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

Romans 8:22-25 For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 24 For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 25 But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

I Corinthians 15:20-22 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead, 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

I Corinthians 15:35-38 But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? 36 Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: 37 And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: 38 But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body.

Luke 21:28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

I Corinthians 15:43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power:

A Word of Encouragement:

What a powerful word from our Father God. He speaks of how we will exchange our current bodies for the new houses He has for us, and the new windows (often referring in scripture to our eyes) that He will give to let His light flood in. God is all love and light, and He is letting the old die and the new come to light. Some of our coming days will be difficult as the old dies, but whether we are saying goodbye to people or ways of life, God is caring for us and them. Let’s move forward in the new vehicle of God’s glory and ride the wave of love and light upon the earth. All is new and new is good! Praise God for preparing us and equiping us for the future!
