Jesus Christ speaks of holy oil and preparations:

Arise! Shine! Become beacons with lamps full of holy oil, the kind that never runs out, for it is filled by our Father. The spirit within you came from our Holy God, the Author of Life, energy and creation. He created you in His image of spirit, love and power. Have you considered His mighty sun that lights your sky and has been burning hot without any batteries nor need for refueling for thousands of years? How did He do that? The stars in the heavens, that mark times and seasons, are equally miraculous. They march along the paths He ordained, without varying or delaying to hit their appointed marks on time. They display the power and glory of our Father and show His perfection and faithfulness. Great is our God and mighty is His power!

He draws out the heavens and stretches them forth before Him as a tapestry, the details of which show both history and future. Who can read them to discern what is next? Who will burn the oil brightly to be seen of men and angels from earth into the heavens? You will, my beloved brethren! It is time to be the lights of the world and shine into the darkness just as the sun blazes through space and time. You who are my eternal lights will illuminate the empty lamps and touch them with our Father’s love, power, and light.

Do you see? Can you perceive His perfect plan of redemption – the giving of life through me to you, and from you to the lost? It is a river of light, life and energy that pours out of His throne and fills you with His glory – the majesty and beauty that comes from His spoken word. As when He said, “let there be light,” I say to you, “let your lights shine.” Release the power of God’s glory in your homes, families and communities by speaking forth His words of life.

The sun is warming your planet and heating it up to produce crops that are nourished by its light, because it is releasing energy. You are each filled with the power and light of God. Light your oil and lengthen your wicks, for the time of darkness is now here, and those lost in it are seeking a way to me, THE light of the world. Take their hand and place it in mine, and I will spark their lamps and fill them with the Father’s oil of anointing. Be full and bright now, my brethren, for your time to shine has come!

Matthew 25:3,4 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Matthew 25:6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

Matthew 25:13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

II Corinthians 1:21 AMP Now it is God who establishes and confirms us [in joint fellowship] with you in Christ, and who has anointed us [empowering us with the gifts of the Spirit];

Revelation 22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

Acts 2:4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Acts 4:31 After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.

A Word of Encouragement:

What a beautiful message from our Lord – the references to the sun and stars and all of creation that God designed to be lights in our heavens! We in turn are lighted with holy oil as we are moving in the spirit and filled with the light of God – Jesus Christ who is the light of the world and the spirit of prophecy! Turning to Jesus is turning up our wicks. Becoming more like Him, is shining brightly. He is the light of the world. He is in us. Faith is what activates the power of God. Jesus is the author and finisher of our faith, so as we will to walk in Jesus Christ’s ways of holiness and shine brighter day by day, we ARE transformed by Him.
