God speaks to us about how to see with our spiritual eyes:

Coming up higher is a spiritual reality for some, but for others it makes no sense. Let me help you to understand my invitation, my beloved. I have said my ways are higher than yours. Do you know the meaning? I am superior and all-knowing and I can “see” or “perceive” in the spiritual, and even in your physical realm, what is and what will be in the future. Because of my eternal perspective, I am not limited by time or space as you are in your physical body, for I am Spirit. Yet I speak to you as I am now speaking through my Spirit to your spirit, or to one of mine who is hearing me. Listen to my words. Ask and seek me and I will surely speak to each of you.

The highway of the righteous is above the ways of the world. It is an elevation in thoughts and actions that excludes worldly and human sin, sins I have told you to lay aside. Picture yourself on this heavenly road, one filled with GREAT joy, love and plenty. You can turn onto the entrance as easily as you turn onto a physical highway. Choose to come unto me and become holy and I will show you the way to walk, run and soar above the evil and pain of this world. Imagine your life led and fueled only by me, and become spiritual eagles with my eyes to see what is and what will be.

Leave the cares and weight of the earthly woes behind and become lost in my vision. Can you see the future I have planned for you, one of delight and success, freedom and acceptance? You are bound by doing and proving to yourself to the people about you – who you are and what you’re worth. But I know you, for I have fashioned each of you. I know how precious and qualified you are, for my Son has redeemed you. You are my beloved, and I have placed my spirit within each of you, for purpose and power, to rule as my royal priesthood. To speak my words and walk in my power above the physical world. You are spirit beings – spirit fueled and spirit lead. Soar, my beloved. Take flight and leave this world behind!

Psalm 85:8-10 NLT I listen carefully to what God the LORD is saying, for He speaks peace to His faithful people. But let them not
return to their foolish ways. 9 Surely his salvation is near to those who fear him, so our land will be filled with His glory. 10 Unfailing love and truth have met together. Righteousness and peace have kissed!

Matthew 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

1 Corinthians 12:6, 10, 11 NKJV ( The operations of the spirit)

⁶ And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. 

 ¹⁰ to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. ¹¹ But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as he (the man) wills (chooses to operate).

A Word of Encouragement:

God is leading us by Christ, into the spiritual realm, to see and hear all He is revealing to us. If you are uncertain of HOW to walk by the spirit, or receive spiritual revelation from God by hearing, seeing, tasting, smelling, touching, knowing or feeling and, assuming you are a spirit filled, born again Christian, these are some helpful keys. 1) Know God by spending time with Him in reading His scripture, prayer and listening, with thanksgiving – honoring Him in awe and humility. 2) Be faithful in obeying the word you do know and stay with it. Live holy and don’t give up. Some hear God’s still small voice in their thoughts as soon as they ask, and some wait in prayer for days before a clear message comes. Know and confess “God will reveal His will to me”. 3) Ask in faith and in willing submission to obey what God speaks to you. God promised to open His understanding to us by dreams, visions, words and revelations. All nine operations or manifestations in I Corinthians 12 are energized as we walk by the spirit that God has given us in Christ Jesus our Lord. To operate God’s power we MUST be able to see and hear what is going on in the spiritual realm and address it by the will of God. Connection by the holy spirit is the key. All spirit filled believers can walk in Christ and by their spiritual man, the new man, the one who is like Christ, and of heaven.
