Today’s Living Word: Monday – Freedom in Our Bodies & Souls!

4–5 minutes

Prophecy received on 4-23-25

Christ our Lord and our mighty redeemer speaks truth:

Freedom in Our Bodies & Souls!

Hold on to my hand now, my beloved.
Take up your swords and wield them against
the lies that are spoken against you.

Counteract the evil attacks,
by speaking what is holy and true.
Rebuke the devils that come in sheep’s clothing,
that look and sound like me and you.

A costume they’re wearing,
to make you lose your bearings,
and to fall down at their knees.
Rebuke them! I say, and be free!

Freedom can be won on many fronts,
like the ones in your frontal view.
but you can also be charged with taking new ground,
by letting go of all that is hindering you.

What holds you back or causes you lack,
in moving and doing as you like?
Are they burdens you carry that make you feel weary,
dragging old baggage up the mountains you hike?

Stop sabotaging yourselves
by letting my wealth and blessings go by you unseen.
But instead look to me and take note, of all the words I spoke,
knowing your bodies and souls are redeemed.

Satan has no hold on my faithful and bold,
for the true treasures belong to our Father.
You are ours for the taking, covered and sealed from the shaking.
Untouchable, are God’s true sons and daughters.

Today’s Written Word:

Ephesians 6:17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

Matthew 7:15,16 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

II Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Galatians 5:6-9 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision; but faith which worketh by love. 7 Ye did run well; who did hinder you that ye should not obey the truth? 8 This persuasion cometh not of him that calleth you. 9 A little leaven (sin) leaveneth (spreads through) the whole lump.

Psalm 130:8 He himself will redeem Israel from every kind of sin.

I Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul, and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Romans 6: 11,12,14 ESV So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, to make you obey its passions. 14 For sin will have no dominion over you, since you are not under law but under grace.

A Word of Encouragement:

When we accept Jesus Christ, and he becomes our Lord and we are saved. . . . we are saved from many things. From eternal death to life, from fear and torment to peace, and we are saved from SIN. We receive the gift of holy spirit and become not just body and soul, but are complete in body, soul and spirit! Our spirit is from God and is holy, but our bodies and souls can still carry the sins of the world. As we repent, which is to turn away from the sins of the world unto following Jesus Christ and becoming one with him, then we cast off and become healed and whole from EVERY sin that hinders us. Christ wants us to be all in him, abiding and dwelling 24-7 until he returns. We are not called to say hi to Jesus and chat for a few minutes each day and get our to do list, but we are called to become mature and one in him! This is how he helps us die to sin and live in him. God’s most joyful plan for us is redemption and total freedom in our Lord Christ. Praise God for giving us such a gift, and all the directions of how to walk in him!

For more encouragement – read Jesus’ words in Matthew 5:20, 7:21, 18:3, 19:23. He says those who are righteous will enter the Kingdom of Heaven, those who really know him and live in him. Ask.
