Jesus Christ speaks a poem to heal all who will turn to him & live:

Turn and Live!

Come to me in your sorrow and pain.
Ask for forgiveness from sin and the stain
of all you have chosen against me.

Be free and cleansed in my blood and sacrifice.
You’ll find it is easy, for I paid the price,
so all could be saved and set free.

A little poem to turn your head
to look to me, your Lord, instead
of all the worldly distractions.

For great destruction is heading your way,
and all will awaken, some in chaos and dismay.
But some will be primed to take action.

Will you be a voice in the night for me,
one of my helpers to reach out to
the lost and weary?

Will you speak the truth in love
and release power from above
when hope fades and the future looks dreary?

Or will you be afraid and cower
in your cave, knowing not the power
and might I have given?

For the hour now has come,
for my army to shout and run
forward to battle with the host of heaven.

And victory we will claim,
releasing many from death and pain
as my remnant fights in faith and unity.

The outcome, God has set,
as the fishes fill His net
and deliverance is manifest with impunity.

Today’s Written Word:

Acts 2:37-47 ³⁷ Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

³⁸ Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

³⁹ For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

⁴⁰ And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation. ⁴¹ Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

⁴² And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. ⁴³ And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles. ⁴⁴ And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

⁴⁵ And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. ⁴⁶ And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

⁴⁷ Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

A Word of Encouragement:

Such a simple request, to turn from the things of this world to our Lord Jesus Christ! There are so many promises and blessings awaiting us when we obey. He has taken away our sorrow and pain, and for all who will fully surrender to Jesus and let him become our Lord, he will save us. He paid for all of our sins with his precious blood and his sacrifice covers all so we can be free. He is calling all to awaken and to take action in rescuing the lost in truth and love. We are ambassadors for Christ today, and we have been promised the victory in this spiritual battle as we fight in faith and unity. We have the good news of salvation to share and can offer true deliverance with impunity!

Definition of impunity: the freedom from punishment or pain, exemption from punishment, or freedom from the injurious consequences of an action.
