Today’s Living Word: Friday – Defended and Protected!

4–6 minutes

Jesus Christ brings spiritual and physical reassurance & comfort:

Living in this world is challenging in the best of circumstances. Living through tragedy and turmoil is going to be a test of your faith beyond what you have known. Come to me, your Lord, when hardships and chaos are in the streets and food and water are scarce. I will show you the way and provide all you need by God’s hand of grace upon His faithful.

You will not be able to just put your hand to the plow and press forward by your own will and skills. Determination will not bring your answers. Only I can lead you in the spirit to all you will need to know, acquire and receive for peace and health. Great waves of famine and disease are being released by the evil ones out of pure desperation. Continue to be vigilant in your prayers for the healing of the nations. Our mighty God is moving to deliver many who are oppressed under evil regimes. Fear not the coming attacks, for all who are mine will be safe and secure in my sheepfold!

As you come to me, lay down your lives in service to help your fellow man. Do you have a skill that is needed in times of sorrow? Perhaps you can take a hot meal or sing a song of hope to others. When the wolves scatter the sheep, the shepherds defend and protect. Be warriors for me in these days, my brethren, stand in the center of my will and lock your doors and gates to the evil ones. Shore up your walls of defense and be my watchmen upon the walls. Arm yourselves with the sword of the spirit, and prepare ye for battle!

These are the days of war, war in the spirit, yes, and very soon more war upon the earth. Gird up your loins and strengthen yourselves in me. Be one with the Father and me in the spirit, and no evil shall befall you. Call out to the lost and show them the way home. In times of war, you have peace. In times of famine, you are fed. In times of sickness, I am your healer and intercessor. Command the darkness to flee from your presence and rest in the wisdom and knowledge of God as we deliver you. Praise God in the face of adversity and grow mighty in your faith!

Today’s Written Word:

Psalm 47:6 Sing praises to God, sing praises! Sing praises to our King, sing praises!

Colossians 4:18b May grace (God’s unmerited favor and blessing) be with you.

Romans 8:13,14,16 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.

14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

II Corinthians 1:4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.

I Peter 3:8 Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Psalm 76:9 NKJV When God arose to judgment, to deliver all the oppressed of the earth. Selah

Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

I Peter 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

A Word of Encouragement:

Our loving Savior is giving us a good word to lead us to victory in the coming days. He is warning of tourmoil, famine and tragedy in the world, but he is also telling us how to overcome these events. We will stand against the chaos by walking in the spirit and in peace. We will help those who are lost and sorrowing by offering compassion and direction. We can always give love and pray, and indeed this is a call to mighty dedication to pray for the nations around the world to repent of sins and turn toward Jesus Christ for the healing of the nations. Where possible our Lord asks us to offer a hot meal or a song of hope. We are the watchmen upon the wall, and now that we have prepared our hearts to be faith filled and ready to war, we are well equiped for battling against every evil attack. The evil ones are going to be gone soon, and with their exit, many of the lost will come to Christ. Praise God and sing songs of joy and rejoicing to celebrate the days of His glory!
