Prophecy received on 2-21-25
Jesus Christ speaks of actively loving all:
Love and grace, mercy and forgiveness are signs of my faithful followers. Do you show these qualities to all you meet at your Christian gatherings? Yes, and many of you are also good to your friends and family. What about the person who cuts you off while driving? Or the employee at the register who overcharged you? Are you extending grace and mercy there? Do you seek to bless those
who curse you and love your enemies? It’s a challenge, I know, but one you can overcome and use to our advantage.
When life gets difficult, we can shine with the love of God and show His goodness to all around us. A kind word or loving touch can turn someone’s day around. Reach out to those who are
suffering and are difficult to be around. When you see an angry person, do you wonder what caused them to feel that way? Or do you pray for God’s blessings and help to bring them peace? These are the ways of my helpers who bring joy to my heart. Look for a stranger in need today and ask me how to uplift and turn their day around.
These are the times of many changes. Many people will go from poverty to wealth and sickness to health. You who know the ways of our Father can invite the suffering to come into our family
where His love abounds. Can you remember the days of darkness you have experienced – times when a hot meal or a hug from a loved one meant the world to you? Now is the time to extend
our Father’s grace, mercy, love, and forgiveness for all who will receive it. Begin to mend your family relationships by extending an olive branch of kindness and apology. I am watching for your obedience and recording your charitable giving. Be generous with your love and time, and grow in giving only good.
Today’s Written Word:
Jude 1:2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
II John 1:3 Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.
Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Matthew 25:34-36 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Matthew 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
II Corinthians 9:11 AMP You will be enriched in every way so that you may be generous, and this [generosity, administered] through us is producing thanksgiving to God [from those who benefit].
A Word of Encouragement:
At the beginning of this year our Lord Jesus Christ said “this is the year of taking no offense”. I believe this is at the root cause of what he is reminding us of today. When we are walking in generosity of love, grace and mercy toward all people, we will not be offended by anyone. I loved what he said about the checker who overcharged us! This is probably only for me, but if you have had a challenge with being merciful toward a store checker, I can empathise 🙂 Let’s pray for the Lord to give us a strong dose of his love and help us to see the other person’s side of every interaction. He is inviting us to give only good and to be generous with our love and mercy.
