Today’s Living Word: Saturday – Your Future Revealed

4–6 minutes

Jesus Christ speaks to reveal our futures by the past:

Walking in new shoes is sometimes uncomfortable. It can feel like you are too restricted or even pinched a little. My new roles for each of you are going to challenge you in many ways. Many will take on new identities that will suddenly surface and be in demand. Some of you who have been out front and racing along will take a quiet back seat and let others lead. Others who seem unknown, and untrained will rise up in my calling and be catapulted to new stages of influence.

Be willing and ready to move as I lead; obey as I direct. No request is too small, no job too insignificant. Speak and do as I give you instruction. This is a time of suddenlies and shiftings; I am flipping the tables over on those who have promoted themselves and spoken in error. Great revelations are coming to tear down their false platforms and remove their costumes and masks. You will soon see the evil that has been hidden, to make room for the new and true.

All that was – is. All that will be – will be. No – this is not a riddle my brethren – but a statement of revelation. To know your history is to see into your future. Where you have come from is often a pattern of where you are going. Be wise and be students of the scriptures. Look to the days when I was walking amongst you, the last time I announced a new day was coming. There are many events about to take place and many similarities you will see. Know me – know the future.

Today’s Written Word:

Mark 11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

I Peter 2:9-12 NLT But you are not like that, for you are a chosen people. You are royal priests, a holy nation, God’s very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light.

“Once you had no identity as a people; now you are God’s people, Once you received no mercy; now you have received God’s mercy.”

Dear friends, I warn you as “temporary residents and foreigners” to keep away from worldly desires that wage war against your very souls.

Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbors. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honorable behavior, and they will give honor to God when he judges the world.

II Corinthians 3:11, 15-18 For if what was set aside was glorious,  what endures will be even more glorious.

15 Yet still today, whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their hearts, 16 but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom

18 We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.

A Word of Encouragement:

I rencently broke in a new pair of boots – my warrior boots! Yes, they did feel a bit pinchy, and I believe the Lord used my experience to make a point. Many of the faithful remnant are going into new roles and, just this year, beginning to fulfill our true God ordained destinies. We are each called to obey the voice of our Lord Jesus Christ as he speaks and directs his church. In this time of suddenlies and shiftings, our fearless leader is flipping the tables over on those who promoted themselves. Christ will promote whomsoever he will, and all that was will be again. This will be a year of dramatic and very unexpected changes. We who are walking with Christ and willing to rise up, move up and look through his eyes to see beyond the physical veil, will walk a clearly lit and well defined path. Let’s repent, get cleaned, surrender to our savior and get our spiritual armor and boots on. A year of change, a year of reformation, a year of restoration, and great glory has come upon us!
