Jesus Christ speaks of our current challenges and his coming:

Our Eternal Story

Spinning around is how you are found
looking and seeking for me
but none shall discover the answers I’ve covered,
by limiting who can receive.

Stop looking for answers from sickness and cancers
in bottles and men in white coats.
Turn your eyes back to me and soon you will see
how I rescue the sheep from the goats.

For those who thought they knew me
will find that they threw me
out with a broad careless stroke,
and quickly allowed a dark deadly shroud
of identity theft by the woke.

You ask -where are we going in this next year?
Come sit a while and ask of me.
And I will share to have no care,
For the connected are also the free.

So let’s make a plan and do all we can
to awaken and rescue the lost,
for a blanket of snow will soon bring a slow
down upon the weary who’ve been tossed.

Out in the cold will go all the bold
the ones who hear and believe.
To speak up and speak out with glory you’ll reach out
your hands – delivering blessings to all who’ll receive!

And soon you will say – Jesus has come!
And you’ll see me descend in my glory.
And those who know me, will ascend clean and free.
“Forever together” writing our eternal story.

Today’s Written Word

Luke 2:47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.

Matthew 25:31-34 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

Ezekiel 34:16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment.

A Word of Encouragement

The Lord quoted the words “Forever Together” and I searched for the song title. It’s and old one by Rick Astley from 1988. Here are some of the lyrics, as I believe the Lord was delivering a message on several levels 🙂

Together forever and never to pass
Together forever, we two
And don’t you know I would move Heaven and Earth
To be together forever with you

An Action For Today

Peace we have peace in our mighty Lord Jesus Christ, and peace will remain despite any challenge, or any world events. We who are resting in Christ are content and supplied in the most challenging circumstances. We find refuge in knowing that he is leading us in peace and safety, and that our eternal destiny is with him and our God forever. We are beloved, empowered, redeemed, forgiven, justified and sanctified in our precious Lord’s blood and sacrifice. We don’t let the devil accuse us or make us feel discouraged, for we have the victory in our risen savior today!
