Today’s Living Word: Thursday – Victory March

3–5 minutes

Jesus Christ speaks a prophetic poem:

Victory March

Like a freight train it will come, the roaring of the fight
and the soaring clouds above, with thunderous sound and might. A clash of air and lighting, a glorious and terrible sight to awaken them who are sleeping, at rest in the night.

A night season is passing now, the time of awakening has come.
To those who sleep on – I say my farewell.
To those who choose life, I say well done!
For all is new and all have been bidden come to me, the Son.

Be filled with my joy, be ready to run,
for freedom you’ll have, celebration and fun.
From sorrow you’ll rise, as a new era dawns,
New life will spring forth, like seedlings and fronds.

Stand up now, my mighty, claim your rightful positions,
lose not your identity, nor let go your convictions,
But speak what is true, and hold fast your belief
for satan has stirred and will soon reap defeat.

Your words are the swords that vanquish his lies.
Like eagles on high, you will soar and surmise.
The damage he’s done will no longer hold captive,
for my word has come to deem his evil inactive.

Be refreshed and be new you will say, “Come to Christ now, and be changed in a day”.
For the darkness has passed, and the dead have been buried.
The terror was vanquished, by the swords we have carried.

Move on – take the mountains, we’ll run forth with a shout.
For the world is now ripe for the taking.
For our Christ, He is Lord, and has wielded his sword
and delivered his own from the shaking!

Today’s Written Word

Revelation 6:1,2 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.

Matthew 25:23 NKJV “His lord said to him, ‘Well donegood and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

Psalm 119:148 My eyes are awake through the night watches,
That I may meditate on Your word.

I Corinthians 15:52 Awake to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame.

Revelations 17:19 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

Hebrews 12:26 Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

A Word of Encouragement

The Lord is speaking in rhyme again, to make a point about our attention being on him. Let’s be awake to his voice and obedient, walking in harmony together by our spirit and the holy word we have to apply every day. We are the ones who have chosen the light, the Son, the new life in him. We can run forward into the new era with joy and celebration of all that is coming in him. Praise God for sending us a perfect and complete savior to lead us to victory!

Victories and Blessings

Speaking of victories, our friend shared at the Tuesday morning Bible study, that the Lord blessed him by returning his lost wallet. He was at a job and it somehow fell from his truck. A person driving by saw it on the road and heard the Lord say “turn around, right now and go pick that up!”. He obeyed and when he opened it found several thousand dollars. This saint who obeyed the heavenly direction, returned it intact and our friend’s prayers were answered by a Father who cares for His children. Praise God for He is good all the time!

Please share some of your victories, blessings and prayer requests so others can rejoice and believe with you.
