Today’s Living Word: Tuesday – Motivations, Goals, & Increase

4–6 minutes

Jesus Christ speaks of transitions:

What is enough? Do you measure your success by how many dollars or digits of currency you have in your accounts? Sadly, most people do. What is your reason for acquiring and when will you reach your financial target? What other plans do you have for success? Are you building a family like I am – or perhaps learning new skills to advance your abilities and usefulness to society? These are worthy endeavors if your motivations are for the greater good. Some people live and work to make life better for everyone, and some are only focused on themselves. Be community minded now as we go into the great reset.

All is not desperate, nor will getting all you need be a struggle. You have been warned to go now and stock up on some basic supplies and that is a good idea. When storms come, it is not pleasant to be exposed to the wind and rain. Be ready now for a few days at home. Spend some time relaxing and refreshing and enjoy fellowship with me and the Father. After the storms pass, the cleanup will begin, and a new season of life will break forth.

You who know me will lead others to the truth. Those who are searching for help and answers will find you, and you will help them find me. My plan is to build a great and mighty eternal family, the one God has designed and called to Him. We already have all the money in the world and we will be moving it into your accounts soon. Fear not the great recession – nor a great depression – for all is well in our Kingdom. Our Father is the fountain of living waters, the source of all life and the giver of unlimited supply.

Rest in Him now and fret not during the shutdowns and slow downs. As you stand together in unity and harmony, all will be supplied. Trust in our God and not your bank accounts, not the governments, nor the grocery stores. All will fail, but I will not. My plan for redemption is just getting started, and you are each a precious resource in getting us to the goal. Be willing to obey, eager to hear, and ready to move forward for the greater good of our family. Love your neighbors!

Today’s Written Word

Proverbs 20:5 AMP A plan (motive, wise counsel) in the heart of a man is like water in a deep well, But a man of understanding draws it out.

Matthew 6:31-33 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Proverbs 13:22 A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children’s children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Luke 6:38 Giveand it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

Galatians 5:14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.

A Word of Encouragement

The Lord begins his message today by asking us what our goals are and if we are motivated by wanting to serve others in our community. He encourages us to be community minded now. He says that we are called to lead others to him and to build God’s eternal family. He and the Father own everything and will be moving money into our accounts soon! That’s exciting and will give us more time to speak of him since we won’t be concerned about income during the shut downs, slow downs and recession.

An Action Item

He said to go now and stock up on basic supplies, so we don’t have to be out in the wind and rain during the storms. Good advice. He said to trust God who will supply, and not our banks, governments, nor the grocery stores because they will all fail. He closes by reminding us that we are a precious resource in getting us to the goal of a big beautiful family and that we are to love our neighbor. We can do that today!
