Today’s Living Word: Wednesday – Holy God, Holy Ways

4–6 minutes

Prophecy received on 9-19-24

God speaks of joy and sorrow to come:

Oh the joy and oh the sorrow that comes from the day of correction. The shock of those who are revealed to be serving the evil ones – so confident you were that they were on our side! The ones we have lost now – too many to count, who went home too soon and died without saying goodbye. After the storms, we who remain will be tasked with the cleanup, clearing the debris, and lifting the heads of those filled with sorrow. It will be a daunting task, but the remnant will lead in the work, and the refreshing to begin anew. Hope will spring forth as the new day dawns

And how do we move forward, Lord, you ask? What is the way to go now and how shall we continue in a state of such grief and devastation? Turn to me now, my children, turn to your great and mighty God of peace and hope, and I will show you the way. It is a straight and narrow path. Too many of my children have been wandering in the spiritual wilderness and are without my waters of refreshing. Turn now to my wells of nourishment, my living waters and I will fill you. I am the source of all life, all health, all knowledge, and all wealth. None can prosper without my filling now. Come and be filled.

My ways are clean and pure to all who will look and see. There is nothing hidden from the eyes of the righteous. Those who have asked have received, and you will know them by their fruits. Who among you is clean? Whose words bring you hope? Who has to give and is giving? Seek ye, my pure and faithful, now and gather together into my barns of joy and refuge. Be holy in mind, body and spirit. Cast off all evil ways and let the darkness flee from among you. Be in my light and love and begin to walk forward in my way of holiness. Follow those who know my voice and be in my safety and provision now. Holy, holy, holy is your God and holy are my ways.

Today’s Written Word

Romans 8:23 NLT And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children, including the new bodies he has promised us.

Romans 12:9-15 Let love be without dissimulation (hypocrasy).  Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;Unchecked Copy Box Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer; Distributing to the necessity of saints; given to hospitality. Bless them which persecute you: bless and curse not. Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

I Peter 1:15,16 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

A Word of Encouragement

God is holy and so are His ways. Many changes are coming and God is warning us to prepare our hearts for the loss and sorrow. Our prayers are being spoken for all those we love. So many attacks by the evil ones, such sorrow is at our doors. We are encouraged by God to continue on His straight and narrow path. To live in holiness and to speak only the truth in love and mercy. God promises to nourish and fill us as we come to Him. He is the fountain of living waters and He will refresh us with His clean and pure spiritual filling.

An Action Item

We are again being asked to clean up our minds, bodies and spiritual walks. God speaks of many walking in spiritual wildernesses, and it’s time to gather together in God’s barns of joy and refuge. As we purify our words, lives, and hearts, we build our relationship with God who is all light and love, and push out all darkness so that it will flee from us. As we become holy as He is holy, we become filled with light, love and peace. Praise God!
