God speaks to his born again family:

You are mine when you are born of my spirit. You are welcomed into my family of spiritual beings and spiritual livings. Your Lordship changes from your own will to that of my Son Jesus Christ, and He always does as I lead him. Be free from the burdens of self will and selfishness now, my children, and come to me in humility. All you have and all you will ever need is of me. I give life, breath, and eternal life. I can give you sustenance and supply when you need it. Be all encompassed in my love and my Word and learn more of the spiritual realm – more than knowing of it. Live in it!

Be joyful knowing me intimately and closely. Be not afraid to ask in honesty and clearly speak to me of your frustrations, questions and frailties. I have made you flesh and bones, and I know the thoughts of your hearts and the desires within you. There is fear in the hearts of many of my children and it is masked in bravado and silenced by judgment of others. Fear not what man may say or do, but be in awe and expectation of me, your mighty yet tender God, for I will care for you when man cannot.

Stand up upon your feet, my precious little ones. Do not sit idle nor crawl as little ones do, but arise and stand. The hour has come to be mature in Christ and in my Word. Dedicate more time to reading it and in communicating with your Lord and Head. It is high time for many to awaken and to arise. Rise up to the battle. Say all that you hear in the spirit to begin to awaken others to my voice. Your lives are eternal and spiritual. They are housed in the flesh I have clothed you in – but they are powerful spiritual lives also. Live as spirit-filled beings my children. You have power and authority over all good and evil spirits as I lead you in Christ, and you certainly have power over men and beasts and weather. Develop yourselves in my ways of receiving of me and walk in newness and power each day. Cast off those fears of insignificance and incompetence and leap forward in your spiritual walk with me.

Today’s Written Word

Romans 6:6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Acts 15:8 NKJV “So God, who knows the heart, acknowledged them by giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He did to us,

I John 3:20 NKJV For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

Hebrews 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

Ezekiel 2:1 And he said unto me, Son of man, stand upon thy feet, and I will speak unto thee.

Acts 26:16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;

Romans 13:12 The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

A Word of Encouragement

What great encouragement to know that we are spiritual beings and spiritual livings (ways of living). As in, when we walk with God by His spirit, we are living in Him and by His spiritual leading. He is a personal God who knows our every thought and the desires of our heart. God asks us to be honest with Him when we come to talk and pray. We can pour out our thankfulness for all He has given us, and also commune with Him by fully expressing our needs in body, soul and spirit. It is time to stand up and mature now. No more playing as toddlers do. We are called to be warriors!

An Action Item

God says to free ourselves of self will and selfishness and to come to Him in humility. The very definition of humility is self-less-ness. So to clarify, as we humble ourselves to God, submitting our own will to that of Almighty God, we find all peace and abundance in Him and through our walk in His Son Jesus Christ. We read His word and obey. We hear his voice and obey. We speak what He says to speak, go where He directs and move in the flow of the spirit as He pours out healing, deliverance and increase. That is intimacy with God!
