God speaks to those He has planted:

Blossom and flourish, my precious children. I have planted you in my heavenly garden to grow and become fruitful trees. All you need is provided by me. Good soil to dig your roots down into, plenty of light and my flowing rivers to water and refresh you. Be fruitful as you trust in me to provide.

What is the fruit you produce? Love, joy and peace – yes. My heart for you my children, is for you to enjoy your walk with me and to share a life upon the earth in celebration of all I have provided. You were made to walk in fellowship with me and rejoice in the beauty and abundance I have provided for you, not to struggle with illness and poverty. Those are not from me, and I do not send them. Good soil produces good nourishment and sweet fruit. Have you taken in plenty of my word today to feed your soul?

Many things can hinder the production of fruit. If there is a lack of light, the branches can wither, or not enough fresh clean water can affect a good or poor harvest. Poor on an abundance of my word, my love, my fellowship, and be flowing in my spirit every day, my children, and you will see the fruit of the spirit abound. Grow in longsuffering, temperance, and meekness by my instruction, and toward others and see the quality of your lives increase. Choose to be filled by my words and see the increase it brings.

Do not stray to dark places, or eat of the evil, nor drink from bitter streams. When the darkness tempts you with forbidden fruits, they can appear enticing – but will leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The fruit of unrighteousness is well documented in my word. Do not partake and do not be burdened by evil fruit. Choose life, my beloved. Choose to eat from my table and not another’s. Choose joy and not sorrow, love and not hatred, peace and not distress. Be filled with my word, and let your lives be filled with all the fruits of righteousness.

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Romans 8:4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22,23 But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Romans 1:29 – 32 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,

Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

Romans 6:21.22 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Hebrews 12:11 Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.

A Word of Encouragement

God is encouraging us to grow up into mature and fruitful trees in His heavenly garden. We are seated in the heavenlies, and are currently citizens in His heavenly Kingdom through Christ, so that makes perfect sense. We can look at the fruit in our lives and measure how our eternal, spiritual life is progressing. Do we see the fruit of righteousness manifested? Are love, joy and peace abounding day by day? And do we recognize the more illusive fruit like temperance and meekness? We know how to grow them by putting on the Word of God in abundance and staying far from the unfruitful works of darkness. We can choose life!

An Action Item

Ephesians 5:9-11 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth😉 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

Let’s walk by the spirit and do what is good and righteous today!
