God speaks of coming changes in our light and lives:

What happens when the sun sets? The birds and plants go quiet and rest, and after a bit, so do you. What would you do if the sun set and did not return? What if all technology and buzzing news cycles cease to keep you awake and engaged? Would you ask your friends and neighbors for help and answers, or call the wise men of power and position to inquire of why such a shocking event has occurred? No, you would not expect any answers from any person, but God alone.

I am the creator of the sun, moon and stars. I have set them in their courses in the heavens and I can move and remove them at will. What kind of celestial event would get the attention of the whole planet? Would a deep darkness that stopped all heat and light from arriving do it? Or perhaps a pause in all sending and receiving of information? Would you turn to me and ask for my peace and help in such a time? Could you hear my words of comfort in that night season to breakthrough the heavy fear and depression that many will experience?

Consider deeply these questions, my beloved, for they are about to become reality. The sun is not going to give light as it always has and the courses of life and living are about to be interrupted. Your focus of each day will no longer be what can I earn or how can I excel in the world, but rather, what shall we eat, and how shall we live? What shocking changes will bring all of mankind to the feet of the true God?

Come unto my throne of grace now, my dearly beloved, and sit in my presence. I will share with you what you should do to prepare your hearts and homes for what is about to begin. Ask of me, the author and finisher of all life, what you shall eat and what you shall do. Care not for the temporal things of the world but seek me and my love and help in times of trouble and need, and I will supply. Yea, only I, your God, can supply when all else fails. Many systems and supplies are about to stop and many things you rely upon will cease. Be not troubled my children, but turn to me in the night and I will be your light and bring your deliverance. For I am the eternal God and your eternal light and source of life.

A Word of Encouragement

It is encouraging to be reminded that we can always turn to our God the creator of the lights in the heavens, and ask of Him, “what shall we do to prepare for what is coming”? God has warned us for many years and also foretold by the scriptures, of the darkness and gross darkness coming to the earth, as He did in Egypt. It was a sign to Pharaoh to humble him in obedience to God. Many nations have turned away from honoring God and submitting to His voice and word. He is about to get every nation’s attention. Some other records of the darkness: Isaiah 60:2, Jeramiah 13:16, 23:12, Amon 5:18-20, Acts 2:20.

An Action Item

God says “come, hear, listen, and obey!” We are safe and well supplied when we walk in the wisdom of our mighty God. Let’s be near Him, in His will, and take action to draw near in obedience and repentance that we sin not. As we take time to pray AND listen to the voice of God, we will prepare to have and receive all food, water, heat and protection. Peace and plenty are ours AS we submit to His leading. Praise God for His goodness, correction, warnings and supply.
