Jesus Christ speaks prophecy of love:
Love is kind, and love is often intangible. It can be seen in one’s actions and words, but those can be deceiving if spoken to manipulate. Who is true love? God is love, and He has sent me to show His love for you. He sacrificed me, His most precious one, who He loved and cherished, to die so you could live. I obeyed willingly to make the connection of spiritual, eternal life available to all. As I walked and talked with our Father in my earthly ministry, we built our love connection. Every relationship is strengthened by the bonds of shared experiences and joys and sorrows over time.
I have walked in your shoes, my brethren. I have studied the scriptures and sought to know God. He has led me in the wilderness as He is leading you now. In my pains and sorrows He comforted me, and in the joy of His delivering many, we have celebrated His goodness. Do not allow the pains and sorrows of this present time to separate you from our loving Father, but turn to Him now for refuge and comfort. Rely on Him for insight and understanding. Seek Him all the more and cling to His every word to lead you to victory.
God has sent me to be your guide, to lead and direct each of you to Him. Be drawn to His light and love by walking in His truth. I am the way to the Father. Ask of me where to plant your feet each day. I will guide your thoughts and words and actions to be well pleasing in His sight. I am in you and abide as you submit to my leading. It is a good and righteous path you seek by walking in the love of Christ, and walking in me.
And know my brethren, that all things work together for good. The darkness of evil men only makes God’s love more precious. Stand with me against evil by living our Father’s love. Be loving to all men. Do not judge them as deserving, or not, by their actions and words, but be all love and light to all people, especially the hard hearted and unlearned. Walk and speak in the love of God, and be merciful to all.
Today’s Written Word
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Hebrews 5:7-9 Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;
Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;
And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
A Word of Encouragement
Christ was the walking, living epitome of God’s love. He loved all, healed wherever he went, and spoke of God’s kingdom to invite those who would listen to follow him. He warns us that the darkness of today is an opportunity to highlight the goodness of God when people finally awaken and begin to seek Him. We have a special blessing in being able to speak of our Christ, our savior who is the only way to the Father. Let’s speak now while it is day.
An Action Item
As Jesus Christ walked and talked with God, he developed his relationship with him. He learned obedience, studied the scriptures, and grew in wisdom. The more time we spend talking and listening to our loved ones, the better we know them. We learn their character, share our hearts with each other and build a close relationship. Our most important relationships are the eternal ones. Let’s make a renewed commitment to rise in our devotion and love of our Father God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
