God speaks prophecy to those with a heart for him:
What is in a man’s heart no other person can truly see, but I can see all. All is bare before me and none is hidden. I know every thought you think and desire you have, your musings about life and questioning of what is and what will be. Many truths I have revealed in my word and they are there for your understanding. Some are veiled and only for the few who will seek diligently to understand, but many are clearly evident. Some I have hidden for a future time, riddles to be unlocked when the time is ripe for change.
What is a healthy heart? It is one filled with love for me and others who love me. What about those who don’t, or even the ones who openly reject my invitation to be loved? What does the scripture say? Love them that hate you and despitefully use you. Not an easy task, but one that can be accomplished with my help. I am the God of all love and light. When you walk in my light, the darkness will flee, and those who have been pressured into accusing and hating you will fall to their knees in repentance. Then love can flow, heal, and unite my family.
And what could stop my love from flowing? Would a blockage in one’s heart be a hindrance or perhaps many throughout the body? What is hardening of the heart and how does that happen? Look to the physical to gain understanding of my spiritual truths. Open my word and find answers to life and liberty for yourselves and for many generations to come. Be children with purified hearts, filled with love and compassion for all mankind. Come unto me with humility and ask of me to cleanse you of any malice, for it is the beginning of division, restriction, distress, and blockages in my body of Christ. He is the life blood I have given to heal, purify, and cleanse you of all unrighteousness. Be all love and light in Christ and love me with a pure heart so you may love others.
Today’s Written Word
Genesis 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. (heart = mind, understanding, thought, character, desires, passions)
I John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
I Thessalonians 5:8 NLT But let us who live in the light be clearheaded, protected by the armor of faith and love, and wearing as our helmet the confidence of our salvation. ( knowing we are saved from eternal death is our helmet, and our faith or trust in God protects us from negative thoughts, His love energizes action).
Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Ephesians 6:5 Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
Philippians 2:2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
A Word of Encouragement
God has called us to love Him with a pure heart. Knowing that our heart is representative of our mind, what kind of thoughts or input could cause hardheartedness and obstructions that inhibit our loving God with a pure heart? What of the lies that the adversaries speak to us everyday? Lies of being less than, or ones that diminish our believing and trust in God. When we put holy and pure thoughts of God’s word into our minds, the light and truth dispels the darkness and flushes out the impurities. We can also pray in the spirit daily and often which helps our infirmity when we don’t know what to pray for, or what is causing the problem. Anything that blocks our sweet and harmonious fellowship with God or limits the flow of His love to us, must go. We can recognize those thoughts and cast them down, out and away.
An Action Item
A medical specialist explained that hardening of the heart is actually a stiffening of the main pumping muscle. As a result, that heart chamber does not relax well for refilling. This leads to poor pumping, shortness of breath, swelling and many of the body functions are limited. The heart must be healthy for our body to perform well. For optimal function, like one of an athlete, we need a strong heart with no blockages or limitations. Spiritually, we are the one body of Christ, and to flow in the spirit we must be open to give and receive from the living word, Christ. We must relax and let the new in, to be refreshed and be flowing. Let’s ask Christ to examine our hearts and help us clear away the hardening so we can flow in good health and in spiritual living waters.
