Christ speaks prophecy to the pure and devout:
Listen up my people and begin to walk in the straight path. Leave the crooked and perverse behind and run toward my way of elevation and holiness. The more you are in me, the less of the world you will crave or understand. Be far from darkness. Yes, the big waves of destruction like drugs and alcohol are far from you but what of the less easy to discern? What of old hurts that have not been rooted out and cast down as dust? They can be very harmful to your walking into your future. Have you forgiven all? Ask of me to cleanse your heart and I will reveal what is not pure and holy. All that is of the world is against God and is a waste of your lives, time, and energy. Make all pure and do not live in any form of sin. As much as lies in you – sin not.
What do you do each day and what part of your time do you spend with me and our Father? Is it a few faithful minutes to read the scriptures each morning? Good! Or do you rise early and listen and write as we lead by word and inspiration? Even better! Or are you one of the very few who do those things and then continue with an obedience and awareness of being led in the spirit and in truth throughout the day and night? Fantastic! That is what walking in Christ is. To be led and directed by me and walking faithfully in God’s will and purpose for your life. Each one of you are sent on an assignment for Him. My job in being your Christ, is to help you accomplish those tasks and to coordinate our family team.
Come up to the throne of the almighty God and request all you need to carry out your life’s work. Ask of our Father to reveal to you what you need. Is it cleansing from all unrighteousness, or wisdom and understanding? Ask for my help in knocking down the barriers that are holding you back and break forth from all ties that bind and restrict your success. The spiritual realm is only invisible to those who ignore it or refuse to see and hear. Hear me now my faithful brethren. The time has come to fulfill your destinies. Ask, learn, receive, change, obey, and be filled with light and holiness, for you are the lights of the world!
Today’s Written Word
I Corinthians 6:11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Luke 1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
Proverbs 20:9 Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?
Esther 4:14 For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?
I Corinthians 1:9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
I John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
A Word of Encouragement
We received the gift of holy spirit at the time of our spiritual birth when we confessed Jesus Christ to be our Lord. We have a pure and holy spirit that abides in our natural body and soul vessel. After we become Christians, we learn to heal from old hurts, unprofitable habits, and begin to walk more and more according to God’s will. Christ is our personal savior, who leads us in peace and harmony with God as we trust him to lead us in God’s will. Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father’s heart. We can trust him completely. John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
An Action Item
Christ encourages us to come to our Father God in prayer and ask Him for what we need, and pray for Him to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9. Some of us must have some unrighteousness to be cleansed from 🙂 The good news is that God knows all and will help us to become more and more pure in our walk with him, AND He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins. Praise God for His goodness to us!
