Today’s Living Word – Speak Peace and Command

4–7 minutes

God speaks prophecy to the fearless:

So here we are rolling into May. A May to be remembered. One filled with joy and deliverance, but also death and sorrows. Hold fast to me and my word now my children. Hold on to all I say and all you know me to be. I am the God of love and peace, and no man can outmaneuver nor outguess my workings upon the earth. Some of what you will see – is of me, and some will be from the darkness. You will know which is which by walking in me and hearing my voice. Fear not the coming corrections, I say FEAR NOT!

You must decide right now that you will not be afraid. Think it through and picture yourself standing in the most violent storm you can imagine. Speak peace and command it to cease. Do not be overcome by violence in your skies nor in your streets, but command all to be still in Jesus Christ. You have the power and wisdom from me, and you stand in the authority of my Son. So, speak and it shall be done.

What is your purpose and calling upon the earth? Do you know why you were called to my family and what your gifts are to my church? If you know, then lean into a more aggressive walk in Christ for the time of revival has come and every voice is required to herald forth his salvation. If you do not know or are unsure, then come unto me and ask. Do not toss a glancing thought toward heaven and expect a 20-year plan of detailed blueprints for your life, but come to me with a genuine yearning to understand. Sit and stay awhile. I will answer, and as you obey my leading and directions, you will receive more. Be faithful as I am faithful. Develop your walk in the spirit and do not allow your flesh to delay my will for your lives. All I give is good and holy. Come unto me and receive.

Today’s Written Word

Romans 16:20 And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Psalm 85:8 I will hear what God the LORD will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly.

Mark 4:39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

Proverbs 10:25 NLT When the storms of life come, the wicked are whirled away,
but the godly have a lasting foundation.

Psalm 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God:  I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.

Acts 18:9 Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speakand hold not thy peace:

I Corinthians 5:4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

Acts 16:18 And this did she many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour.

A Word of Encouragement

We are encouraged to look forward to the joy and deliverance that will come to pass this month of May. We are also thankful for the peace God brings to us when we need to be comforted and loved by Him and each other. We are strong when we stand upon the firm foundation of God’s Word and near Him and our Lord Jesus Christ. We are fearless to command the storms to be still as Jesus did on the sea of Galilee. It’s available to do all he did and greater!

An Action Item

God has complete power over the earth and all of the weather. He created the universe and all that’s in it is under His control. Even when the evil one stirs up problems, our God will bring peace by our obedience to speak as he directs. One more reason to be near and listening to Him. We speak life over death. We speak quiet when the storms rage. We speak abundance when the world is in lack. We speak love against the enemy’s hatred. We are of God and we are all love and light and peace in Him. Fearless!

Victories and Blessings

We have evidence that many are dreaming dreams given by God. Some are seeing visions. One man dreamed he was taken by a gang of rough men who told him he would do crime jobs for them at their bidding. Later they accused him of warning a woman to get away before they caught her, but he had not done so. In the dream, they called him a liar and 3 approached to harm him badly. But the man stood his ground and commanded them in the name of Jesus Christ not to touch him. The gang backed away and left the scene. It was a lesson in the power and authority we have in Christ. Also, it was a lesson to live sanctified and to close doors that can give the adversary access to our lives. God IS SPEAKING! Acts 2:17, just a suggestion to write down those dreams right when you awaken.
