God speaks a prophecy of hope to all:
For whom was Jesus sent? For those who were lost. Lost in sin and sickness and for those who were taken captive by evil. He still comes to rescue all that are in need. If you see a friend or relative in sin, they need Jesus to deliver them. If a stranger is drowning in fear, they can receive peace through the Lord of peace. Tell all about my son, for he came to save all. He went to those who others had rejected – the downtrodden, forgotten, and left out ones. Look for those people and include them in your conversations. Who has been unaccepted in your families and circles of friends? You know who I speak of, the ones who don’t get invited because they are too negative or unhappy to be around, the argumentative complainers who no one can tolerate. They are wearing signs to ask you for help.
The sick and bound are suffering because they are sick and bound. Set them free in the powerful and delivering name of Jesus Christ. He has done all the work of salvation. He paid for their release from those prisons with his sufferings and death upon the cross. Free them with his words, like the words of the judge or the jailer, “you are free to go”, and open the gates of hell and death. Release those bound by your words of health and wholeness. I will give them to you. You will speak to them to release them from their suffering.
Go now my beloved children and speak my words of life to all the world. Today you have release in your bodies and souls for my son has delivered you. His spirit flows in you to heal and restore all by my power and legal dominion over you. Touch others with my mighty healing power for you represent my Son upon the earth and you carry his love and wholeness within. Pour it out! You are whole, you are redeemed, you are full, so, give.

Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Mark 2:17 When Jesus heard it, he saith unto them, They that are whole have no need of the physician, but they that are sick: I came not to call the righteous, but the sinners to repentance.
1 Corinthians 6:9,10 ASV Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:11 AMP And such were some of you [before you believed]. But you were washed [by the atoning sacrifice of Christ], you were sanctified [set apart for God, and made holy], you were justified [declared free of guild] in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the spirit of God.
2 Corinthians 5:17-20 ESV Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation. Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.
A Word of Encouragement
When we take an honest look at our lives we all know we have sinned and some of our sins may be in the categories listed in the 1 Corinthians 6 verses listed above. So the answer to God’s opening question of who Jesus was sent for is, us. God’s Word is so encouraging as it tells us that really, no matter what our sins were, or how very far separated from God we were, Jesus Christ’s life, sufferings and sacrificial death atoned for the sins of mankind and made reconciliation with God possible. The price has been paid! We are redeemed! People only need to turn to God in humility, receive Jesus as the Lord and Christ that God made him to be (Acts 2:36) and they will receive release in their bodies and souls from sin and the consequences of sin.
An Action Item
Everyone who receives the new spiritual birth, has a permanent standing with God as a son and an heir. The spiritual qualities of full redemption, legal justification, absolute righteousness, and true sanctification are granted by grace by God to every Christian believer at the moment of receiving salvation. And there is one more thing given to every believer too – the ministry, or service, of reconciliation. God has assigned every child of God to be ambassadors for Christ. Father tells us today to “touch others with my mighty healing power for you represent my Son upon the earth”. We carry His love and wholeness within so, let’s go! Let’s “Pour it out!”
