Christ speaks prophecy to all who will become his heroes:
Be my heroes and champions for truth. Speak to all you meet of the joy in knowing me. Let them know the Christ in you is your true joy in life. Speak up and invite others to this new freedom you have found in living with me as your Lord, and not yourselves. Trust in my direction as you go about your lives. See my leading bring great deliverance to those you meet and tell others of your wholeness in serving me. I will deliver you as you give my love and health to others.
Be at peace in doing my will. Be not anxious for where to go or to whom you shall speak, but trust in me for divine interactions, divine appointments and divine encounters. I am a living Lord, one that brings people together for good and leads all men to repentance. Do you know what that means? Not to say a word of apology – but to decide to change from selfishness to service. You who are serving me are trying too hard to “get it right” and “dial it in”. Just be willing to hear and obey my lead. To move, or wait as I lead. To speak a powerful word at the right time can be the deliverance one needs. Slow down and hear my voice. Be wise and walk in the garden of abundance and peace where every good and perfect gift is at your fingertips.
Do not strive for those moments of power displayed. But strive for harmony in your walk with the Father and me. We are your target audience each day. Spending time in prayer, in the word, in fellowship, and meditation, those are the fuel for your spiritual fire. Be white hot and burning for us in your passionate desire to unite your will with ours. Be bold to obey, for I am asking you to step out in confidence now. Try those things you have not done before. Go to places you have not gone before. Help those that I alert you to and do not withhold anything that is needed by your fellow man. Give as I lead, and ye shall reap.
Today’s Written Word
Isaiah 42:12,13 NLT
Let the whole world glorify the LORD; let it sing his praise.
The LORD will march forth like a mighty hero;
he will come out like a warrior, full of fury.
He will shout his battle cry and crush all his enemies.
Repentance: metanoia = G3341. Compunction (for guilt, including reformation); by implication, reversal (of (another’s) decision):—repentance. It is to realize one’s error and change both thinking and behavior, to turn from error to do right.
Romans 2:4,5 Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?
But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.
Strive: agōnizomai =G75. to struggle, literally (to compete for a prize), figuratively (to contend with an adversary), or genitive case (to endeavor to accomplish something):—fight, labor fervently, strive.
Philippians 1:27 Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;
Colossians 1:29 Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.
II Timothy 2:24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
A Word of Encouragement
We are invited to become heroes and champions of truth by speaking of our true joy in Christ to all we meet. He said to invite other to freedom, not to our church 🙂 We follow CHRIST, not men and certainly not ourselves. We receive healing and deliverance AS we give his deliverance to others. He encourages us to live in the flow of his spirit and enjoy our walk in God’s abundance, not to be trying so hard to “get it right”. He and God are our target audience and when we are well practiced to hear and obey them, the power and deliverance will flow out from us to others in need.
An Action Item
In my personal prayer and listening time today, the Lord encouraged me to turn my ear to him every hour and seek his direction. In the post today, he said “Go to places you have not gone before. Help those that I alert you to and do not withhold anything that is needed by your fellow man. Give as I lead, and ye shall reap”. It is in giving the truth of the word to others that we find our own deliverance. Let’s make the Lord’s will our will for today, and succeed by striving to keep him and God as our target audience.
