Our Father God speaks prophecy to His family:
Up and moving, here we go family. Today is another opportunity to walk in love and power with me and my Son. What do you have planned and are your plans in line with his? Have you taken some time to talk to me and ask what I want for you today? Are we prepared to go forward in harmony and peace? It is my will for you to communicate throughout each day with both me and my son to both ask questions and receive answers, and to share our hearts and joys together.
What kind of relationship would you have with an earthly family member or friend if you only called on them when you needed something from them? What if their relationship was “for emergencies only” like the people at the fire station or the 911 center? I long to share your thoughts, victories and challenges my children and not just when you are desperate or have exhausted every other option.
Our best times together are when you come with nothing to request, but only to share. I long for your time, praise and fellowship. When life is over and you are crossing into the heavenlies – will you and I have to catch up or will we be close? Do you know my voice as a Father who is always here and present with you to give you love and care, or am I a vague idea or a mystery that is somehow intangible?
Come unto me your living God and Father and learn of me. Read my word until you can see yourself within the pages. Be holy as I am holy and open your gates to let me in and not the distractions of the world. Choose life, liberty and your true family. You are spirit; live by the spirit my children!
Today’s Written Word
I John 1:3 That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.
I John 1:5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
I John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:
Philippians 1:11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
Hebrews 13:15,16
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
A Word of Encouragement
It is wonderful to be loved by our Father God so much that He reminds us to spend more time with Him and to come to Him in every situation. Some of us had very involved parents and some did not. Some have had close relationships with family or friends whom we saw and spoken to daily. The closer our relationship, the more we communicated. We have such a long list of things to praise and thank God for: His son and the gift he is to us, life and health, everlasting life, the gift of His spirit, peace and joy, food and clothing, others in His family who stand faithfully with us, and on and on it goes.
An Action Item
Let’s set some time aside to make a list of some of the blessings we are thankful for today, and sit in prayer thanking God and praising Him. Perhaps we can start a new habit of praising him before we go to sleep, or when we wake up. He is longing to spend more time with us, and only we can make that happen. As always, we are invited and have free will.
