Today’s Living Word

3–5 minutes

God our Father speaks prophecy to all who will hear:

Hear me now my children, for some the days of merriment and ignorance are about to end. Many of my people are ignorant of my will because they have not sought to understand my words. I have spoken for hundreds of years of my deliverance by my Son Christ Jesus. I have called for mankind’s repentance of evil ways and evil distractions upon the earth, and yet they are multiplying. Many have shut their ears to my corrections and have been led astray to wander in darkness and sin. Come out from among those who refuse to hear, and obey me now.

The time is short for many who have not heard the gospel of light and love. Be filled with my light that you may shine upon the lost and weary. Sin is darkness, and it is as a shade upon your spirit of light. When you choose to walk in sin, it hinders your ability to reach others. Sin tarnishes your witness in Christ and limits your operation of my power within. Sin manifests as sickness and disease, as words of hatred, gossip, division, and death. Do NOT speak of death, but LIFE my children! Do not aid the evil one by promoting his lies, but in contrast speak light, unity and love to all my children. Speak well of your brethren who are mine in Christ.

I do not care where you fellowship, but that you are IN fellowship with me and my Son, for there is only one church in the body of Christ, one baptism in the holy spirit, and one God, the Father who has called you to this holy family. Stop this strife by confronting those who speak against my children, and speak words of peace and harmony instead. Bring my light unto manifestation by speaking my words of wholeness and salvation to all. In every thing be holy.

Today’s Written Word

I Peter 1:15 & 16

But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

II Peter 3:3 – 5a

Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

:4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

:5a For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old,

II Peter 3:11, 14,17 & 18 ( perhaps just read chapter three 🙂

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

:14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

:17 Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.

:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

A Word of Encouragement

As with all prophecy, we are encouraged to judge the message by going unto our Father and checking with him if it is authentic. I also am encouraged to remind the readers of this prophecy that not every word of every message is for every one. Some correction will bring godly sorrow and repentance, some does not apply to us. Let’s seek the Lord and ask what we can do to shine brighter today. Is there any area of our lives where we can eliminate sin and replace lies with truth and good behavior, and good conversation that is holy and healing. Let’s hear and obey.

An Action Item

When was the last time you spoke to a stranger about the good news of Jesus Christ? We were once strangers (foreigners from heavenly citizenship). We were once without Christ, having no hope, and without God.

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:

Let’s go out today and speak to a complete stranger. We can ask if they know our Lord Jesus Christ. We can start the conversation with “would you like to hear some good news today?” Tell them of our savior that rescued us from sin unto everlasting life. Share John 10:10, that Jesus came that we might have life, and have it more abundantly. What a glory to walk and talk with our Lord.

That reminds me of the song, “It is glory just to walk with him”. . . .who’s blood has ransomed me, . . . it is joy divine to know he’s near where ‘er my path may lead, bless the Lord it’s glory all the way!
