God our Father speaks prophecy:
Light has risen upon another day, an event you take for granted. Not every day will continue the same moving forward. Not every thing that has always been will continue to be. My children, I have spoken to you about many changes and warned you about preparing for times of lean supplies and fewer comforts for many months. Now is the time to listen to what is to come.
Soon the heavens will open and the rains will descend. You have not seen such a deluge before. Be storm ready for I have prepared you. Be not shaken when the skies turn black and the floods overwhelm the river banks. Be ready. Look about your properties and listen to my direction on what you need to do for each home. Secure your gates and claim my peace and provision. Fear not to rebuke evil men for they may attempt to gain entry to your lives, your supplies, your families. I will reveal the wolves to you.
Stand in opposition to the evil and command it go from your presence. your families, your homes. Do not allow doubt nor unbelief to rest upon your minds, but confront it. Say ” I believe God is my shield and buckler and my high tower, He will lead and protect me”. Say ” no evil shall approach for we are strong in faith and we shall not be moved”.
I am indeed your God and Father who will never leave you nor forsake you. I will stand watch and stand guard and no evil thing may touch you as you hear and obey my words.
Today’s Written Word
Gates, šaʿar = H8178. Jeramiah 7:2 Stand in the gate of the LORD’S house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of the LORD, all ye of Judah, that enter in at these gates to worship the LORD.
Commentary: Many verses in the scriptures speak of the three gates. Our eyes, ears and mouth. We are the temple of the Lord, and we choose what we allow to enter our gates, and we also choose what we speak out of our mouth. God said to “secure your gates”, and I believe he was referencing these. Proverbs 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it (life) shall eat the fruit thereof.

Buckler, māḡēn = H4043. Proverbs 2:6,7
For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
He stores up effective counsel for the upright, and is a buckler for those who walk uprightly,
Definition: a shield, figuratively, a protector; also the scaly hide of the crocodile:— armed, buckler, defense, ruler, scale, shield.
High tower: miśgāḇ = H4869. Psalm 18:2 The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
Definition: high place, refuge, secure height, retreat

A Word of Encouragement
Yes, God is providing and protecting. He is letting us know what to do and how to prepare. A few months ago He started giving us clear direction to store up water, food, energy, heat, medicine, tools, supplies and to learn how to be sufficient in Him. When calamity strikes there will be too many emergencies for the local hospitals and first responders to handle. We will rely on God Almighty to protect and supply and to deliver us. We can also turn to other Christians to stand together, pray together, and believe together. Let’s unite in faith today.

Do you have a written list of contacts you can rely on during difficult times? Write down their strengths and skills and know how to connect with them. Call or meet with them and ask if they would like to stand with you in prayer, safety, and uniting to overcome any storms. Paper copies are best, as our electronics will fail in many situations. Remember, we stand in confidence and are at peace in God’s love.

We have added two new times for Bible study, prayer, and Q. and A. time to our schedule this week!
We welcome you to join us this Tuesdays at 10:00 am for Coffee, A Bible study on “Victory in Christ” and an interactive time in the scriptures.
Thursday evening at 6:30 pm we will serve a light soup or salad type meal, and enjoy a topical Bible study on “Called to rule and reign in Christ”.
The Sunday evening meeting is at 5:30 pm for Bible Fellowship, songs, prayer and teaching of the scriptures in person or phone in. Please email us for more information.
