God our Father speaks prophecy:

Joy and rejoicing is yours my beloved. I am sending many changes your way as I move upon the earth now. Be ready to witness the mighty hands of deliverance your heavenly Father brings. Stand in awe as I lead you out of the darkness and into the light and truth of my will for you. 

Many are still standing idle, but you are not so. You are listening, moving and acting on the leading in my spirit. You are the salt of the earth. Salt preserves, cleanses and makes men thirsty. Reach out with my love and draw men unto me who thirst for truth. I will send my son unto them – the living water, that they may receive him as Lord and thirst no more.

Witness: in the sense of behold

Acts 8:13 Simon….continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

beholding: theoreo, G2334, to view attentively, take a view of, or survey

Strong’s Definitions: to be a spectator of, i.e. discern

Listening: akouo G191, to hear or listen

Mat 10:14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

1. to give ear to a teaching or a teacher
2. to comprehend, to understand

Salt: alas, G217, salt is a symbol of lasting concord as in Mark 9:50b Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

Salt also means wisdom and grace exhibited in speech. Colossians 4:6 Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

A Message of Encouragement

Now is the day of our Lord. He is wanting to speak to each of us. He desires full fellowship and loving obedience from his church. We are his witnesses as we hear and obey his voice. We have Christ in us, the mind of Christ, the wisdom, understanding and ability he gives. Let’s rise up to his calling to serve our brothers and sisters today. Those that are sleeping must be awakened, those that are lost must be found. Those that are wandering in the wilderness must be brought home. We can do it with his help! 

An Action Item

Let’s pray for God’s leading in Christ today. We can be inspired to connect with someone that is lost, seeking or just needs to be loved. Christ went to the sinners. He loved the unlovable, touched the lepers and healed the sick. “…the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works shall he do, because I go unto my Father.” John 14: 12. As we believe, opportunities will come.

Victories and Blessings

A follow up on a post from last Saturday, September 9th, one of the men invited a nice lady to visit our Bible study on Sunday. She and her husband attended and after the meeting she said “what a joy it is to be with other Christians; I feel so encouraged. We will definitely be back next Sunday!”
